CONTRACTORS AND CONTRACTS

Throughout the process we will be on hand to support you.  We will connect you with the necessary consultants, such as structural engineers or party wall surveyors, to ensure the all the details are in place and project runs smoothly. 

 

We can also connect you with contractors, and assist you with getting quotes, as well as support you throughout the construction phase.

Once we get the quotes from builders, we'll pick two or three and then we can go over their quotes together. You get to choose the contractor for your project, and we help make sure the builders match your project needs.

During construction, we'll handle site visits, troubleshoot any issues, and approve payments. We use our experience to prevent problems and keep your project stress-free, on time, and within budget.
