Full Planning Application : Fulham, London.
Project Details :
When our client acquired this garden flat in Fulham, it was a in a sorry state, having been previously used as a bedsit.
Studio : MASS designed a rear extension and fully refurbished and reconfigured the flat to create, not only an open plan living, kitchen & dining space with direct access to the garden, but also an additional bedroom.
The bi-folding doors of the living space could open up fully onto the terrace, as well as the newly created bedroom.
Some smart design and creative thinking not only gave the client the space they need but also gave the property a massive uplift in value.
