Extension, Loft Conversion & Refurbishment in a Conservation Area

This beautifully located house, in the heart of Blackheath Conservation Area, whilst large, had an inefficient layout and tiny Kitchen.

Studio : MASS were appointed to improve the flow of the property and design a number of extensions as well as convert the loft.
We created a side infill extension allowing us to open up the rooms to the rear of the house and create one large Living Dining and Kitchen space, all with views to the beautiful rear garden.

We also added a first floor extension creating a new En-suite Bedroom, but also allowing us enough space to extend the staircase up so we could convert the loft and form a new Master-suite bedroom at second floor level.

The ground floor was rearranged, including partially converting the garage to allow for a Pantry and Utility to serve the newly created large Kitchen that this property deserves!
