Rear & Side Infill Extension

Project Details :

Before the extension the ground floor of this relatively spacious maisonette was dark with only a small kitchen space.

Studio : MASS designed a rear and side infill extension allowing us the space to open up the kitchen area and create a large Kitchen Dining area.

We were also able to work in a Utility/WC as well as a work from home space.

Thanks to the glazed roof, bi-folding doors and roof lights inserted in the side extension, lots of natural light can now flood throughout the ground floor space.

These bi-folding doors also allow direct access to the garden area, allowing the garden space to feel connected to the home.
